iXion Services SA joins the Ansam Group
iXion Services SA is acquired by the Ansam Group, the newly created ICT player in Romandie. The iXion Services SA’s founder and CEO, Vincent Scheidegger joins the Ansam Group as shareholder and opens a new chapter of his entrepreneurial journey.
After 15 years of uninterrupted growth under his leadership, Vincent Scheiddegger has decided to join the Ansam Group to open a new chapter of iXion Services SA. Based in Chexbres (VD), iXion Services SA is the ICT service provider of choice for companies looking to outsource partially or fully their IT. Today, iXion Services SA serves 200 clients with more than 140 ICT professionals across the Romandie.

Within the Ansam Group, Vincent Scheidegger will continue to lead the development of iXion Services SA with the help of David Seppey who will over time take over the CEO role. Vincent Scheidegger will continue to be in charge of the client relations and the commercial development of iXion Services SA. In addition, he will be actively involved with the expansion of the Group’s portfolio of services. “Joining the Ansam Group has become for me very rapidly obvious“ explains Vincent Scheidegger “With Nicolas, Philippe and David, I have met serial entrepreneurs who have a unique experience of the Swiss ICT market and with whom I share common values and clear entrepreneurial ambitions.“
Through the sale of iXion Services SA, Vincent Scheidegger becomes also shareholder of the Ansam Group and joins its board of directors. He will continue to act as chairman of iXion Services SA’s board of directors. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.
